what is this website about?

This website came from my dream of exploring spaces of dance and then share my experiences with the world. I want to showcase places that are creating and celebrating dance in hopes of making these places more accessible and active. I also just really love dance and want to learn more about places where people are dancing. While I will do my best to research and share factual information, this website will also be heavily influenced by my own personal observations and musings. As I am currently stationed in the US, a lot of my writing will be from the view of an American citizen but my goal is to eventually write from a more global perspective. As I grow and learn, I want to share my experiences and personal research of dance to a broader audience in the hopes of showing that dance is a way of connecting us all. So welcome to my journey of flying around the world.
